ديارتوماس فيليب كارتر اسمرو يحصل على منحة Vanier لدراسة الدكتوراه

استلم طالب الدكتوراه ديار اسمرو منحة فانيير الكندية من رئيس وزراء كندا

وهذه ليست اول مرة يجصل فبها ديار على منحة او جائزة ففي سنة 2008

حصل على جائزة تيري فوكس ( المدالية الذهبية) وكما حصل على منحة

ارثر و انسي فوكي وايضا جائزة فردريك بانتينك لاحسن رسالة ماجستير

حصل ايضا على جائزة المجلس الكندي لدراسات علم النفس وهو الوحيد

من مقاطعة برتش كولومبيا الذي استلم الجائزة لهذه السنة

Another outstanding accomplishment

The Doctoral student Deyar Receives a prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship this summer from the Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper for his upcoming PhD research related to electrophysiological marker.

Vanier award is meant to attract and retain the world’s top doctoral scholars. Deyar is one of only 167 to receive this world class doctoral scholarship, and the only one at Simon Fraser University (British Columbia) to receive a Vanier this year.

This isn’t  Deyar’s first award by far, as undergraduate, he received the 2008 Terry Fox Gold Medal and as a Master’s student, he received a Arthur and Ancie Fouki Graduate Entrance Scholarship in public service and Fredrick Banting and Charles best Master Award, he’s also a world class expert in Martial Art.

-Deyar also has been awarded a CCDP (Council of Canadian Departments of Psychology) Teaching Assistantship Award, which is a national teaching award. Again, he was the only person at SFU (British Columbia) to receive this award this year!
